I love the effect you've put over it, it really enhances the atmosphere and makes it look more like a cell. Because she has such fine hair, I think maybe adding a little more detail into it would be good to give it a little more life? And I know its only a small part, but maybe if you added some shding/highlights into the red in the eye it wouldnt look flat.
Love her outfit! I reckon she'd be wearing some kick ass boots under that skirt! :D

btw to get an image in you go to your image page and then scroll down and there should be a bit with a thum band number and you copy and paste that in
hope that made sense
